[ARCHIVED] Tree Line Clearance Work

Update 8/10/2020: The tree pruning will be performed by Asplundh, PEPCO’s contracted tree company.

Electric line clearance work to be performed by Asplundh, PEPCO’s tree contractor, will begin next week 8/17 in Calvert Hills, Old Town and Lakeland neighborhoods. Tree pruning and removals are planned; maps of the planned work are available on the City website in the NEWS section. Click this link: https://www.collegeparkmd.gov/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=157. PEPCO has mailed notification letters to all addresses in the work areas to alert customers of the planned work and provided a contact phone number to call, 202-833-7500 and ask to have a representative from the forestry department return your call. Residents can also contact the city horticulturist at 240 487-3590 or horticulturist@collegeparkmd.gov with questions.
