Charter Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of College Park, Maryland, Amending Article VII, “Powers and Duties of Mayor and Council,” § C7-6, “Condemnation,” To Eliminate A Reference To A State Code Provision That No Longer Applies.

This Charter Resolution was introduced on January 26, 2010, a Public Hearing was held on February 23, 2010, it was adopted on February 23, 2010 and will become effective upon the fiftieth day (April 14, 2010) after its passage unless a successful petition to referendum in accordance with Article 23A §13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland occurs within forty days (April 5, 2010).

OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PARK, MARYLAND, AMENDING CHAPTER 184 “VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC”, BY ADDING ARTICLE VIII, “SPEED MONITORING SYSTEMS”, SECTION 184-45 “SPEED MONITORING SYSTEM IN SCHOOL ZONES”.

This Ordinance was introduced on February 23, 2010, a Public Hearing was held on March 23, 2010, it was adopted as amended on March 23, 2010 and will become effective on April 13, 2010.
