This Charter Resolution was introduced on October 11, 2011, it was adopted on November 9, 2011 and will become effective upon the fiftieth day (December 29, 2011) after its passage unless a successful petition to referendum in accordance with Article 23A §13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland occurs within forty days (December 19, 2011).
