This Charter Resolution was introduced on March 12, 2013, a Public Hearing was held on April 9, 2013, it was adopted on April 9, 2013 and will become effective upon the fiftieth day (May 29, 2013) after its passage unless a successful petition to referendum in accordance with Article 23A §13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland occurs within forty days (May 19, 2013).
