The purpose of this project is to enter into a partnership with the private sector in order to redevelop city-owned property (City Hall and the Special Lot) to build a public parking garage and new mixed-use development.   The city has completed a number of efforts to further this project.  The following documents are available from City Hall or you may view some of them on line.  The city is in the process of reviewing developer proposals and has not made any final selections or decisions.
