Staff Assistance

City staffs are available to assist business owners, commercial property owners and those considering locating in College Park.

 

Commercial Landscaping Program

The City offers grants of up to $5,000 to business owners located on commercial corridors for installing landscaping along the road frontage. The City pays 75% of the cost.

Transit Subsidy

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority offers a zero-cost way for employers to subsidize employees' transit costs: a pre-tax payroll deduction program. (The City of College Park participates in this program.)

(Note: The Small Business Development Financing Authority provides a range of loans, bond guarantees and equity investments.
